As a Customer Service Employee for Technical Documentation, you will support account management in the after-sales process. You will be responsible for updating all relevant documents for our logistics facilities in a wide variety of areas: technical changes, optimizations and modernizations. You will work closely with other departments.
Independent incorporation of system changes into existing basic data
Independent communication with internal departments
Data maintenance of customer and master data
Creation of data masters for new systems
Preparation of spare parts recommendations for our customers as well as the revision of existing spare parts recommendations
Close cooperation with internal departments of different locations
Completed technical training (apprenticeship or FS/HTL training in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology or IT) Professional experience in technical internal sales is an advantage
